A pattern registration function for the operation program has been introduced to enable operators to easily respond to the production processes of multiple varieties!

We would like to introduce our achievements in supplying "shelf-type vacuum dryers" to chemical manufacturers. Raw materials are filled into the trays of the shelf-type vacuum dryer and dried according to a predetermined operating program. Hot water is supplied from a hot water tank to the dryer shelves to heat the raw materials. Due to the low boiling point of the recovered solvent, it was considered that the condensed solvent could re-evaporate in the secondary side of the recovery tank, leading to a decrease in recovery rate. To address this, we implemented a strategy to prevent re-evaporation by adding a water-cooled full jacket to the solvent recovery tank, maintaining a low temperature below the boiling point. 【Case Overview】 ■ Content: Vacuum drying of raw materials in a shelf dryer and recovery of solvents contained in the exhaust ■ Scope of Responsibility: Mechanical design, installation work, and electrical design of the shelf dryer and auxiliary equipment ■ Drying is performed while lowering the boiling point by evacuating the dryer chamber with a vacuum pump ■ A condenser in the exhaust line condenses and recovers the solvent contained in the evaporated gas *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our delivery record of the "shelf-type vacuum dryer." Raw materials are filled into the trays of the shelf-type vacuum dryer and dried according to a predetermined operating program. Hot water is supplied from the hot water tank to the drying shelves to heat the raw materials. Stainless steel partition plates are installed in the main body of the dryer, designed to facilitate easy construction of the product room and machine room.
